Power of Attorney

enable another trusted individual to carry out your activities

What is a Power of Attorney?

A Power of Attorney (POA) enables a nominated individual to carry out activities on behalf of another person.

Our Service

We can provide a Power of Attorney in relation to Company Management activities.
The document is provided by our Nominee Director to the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) to enable the UBO to carry out certain business decisions without the signature approval of the Nominee Director.

Dependent upon the use of Power of Attorney, it may be required to be Legalised in the UK.

What you need to know

Our POA document is a standard legal version with the majority of rights to operate the business included.

If you require a POA with altered terms, we shall reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

Please note, all POAs issued by Companies Home are for use with our Nominee Director Service and will explicitly exclude the ability to open or operate any bank or trading accounts in the company name.
